I had such a great experience working with Ryan and I navigated being a first-time buyer. Ryan always made me feel completely confident, let me trust my instinct, and was generally a pleasure to work with. He was patient until it was time to move quickly on an offer! Ryan (and his colleague Rachel) were great as they helped navigate a complicated arrangement (buying a condo unit from an estate while the will was in probate) and went above and beyond to ensure the process was smooth. I never want to leave this wonderful condo, but when I do, I look forward to working with Ryan and the team again!

Working with Ryan for the second time was just as positive, if not more so than the first. After buying a home with Ryan, we called him a few years down the road and worked with him to sell it and buy another house to accommodate our growing family. Ryan was responsive to any request we had at any time of day. He provided sound advice, based on his experience and his understanding of our familys needs and values. We cannot thank Ryan Young enough for his patience, knowledge, and professionalism throughout the process of purchasing our first home. We have been working with Ryan for over a year to find the perfect home, and he always made himself readily available whenever we needed information or wanted to view a house in person. Frankly, his level of responsiveness is unparalleled. Ryan is a very experienced agent whose vast knowledge of the GTA market gave us terrific insight to comfortably make a huge decision. Every time we viewed a new property Ryan would perform a methodical inspection, looking for signs of problems and commenting on the quality of construction and the finishes, from the furnace to the foundation. Its really nice dealing with someone who not only knows the market so well, but has extensive experience with residential construction and renovations and has a real passion for what he does. The best part about working with Ryan was that he was always more focused on answering our questions, giving us good advice, and finding homes that met our needs than he was on closing a deal. Perhaps most importantly, we both trust Ryan very much and would highly recommend him. We will definitely be engaging his services again in the future after we outgrow our new home. Thank you Ryan!
