Alex Drobin is a truly exceptional sales rep. If you are looking to buy or sell real estate anywhere in the Bloor West Village, Ronces, Queen West, High Park or King West area, there is no other choice. Alex was professional, attentive, caring and got us exactly what we wanted. After seeing a few places with a different agent, we switched to Alex and not only got the place we wanted, but got it for cheaper than we thought possible. Alex is easily the best rep in the West end, but he's an even better person.

This was my first time buying a property and I had NO idea what I was doing or even where to start. I was about to drop the largest sum of money Ive ever spent in my life and Alexs attentiveness and transparency made me very confident in my investment. From beginning to end, Alex held my hand and helped me every step of the way. He made me feel like it was a true partnership and not a sale. Alex is an actual human trying to help you and not just a sales person getting a commission check. I dont think I could have asked for a better realtor. Also, we closed on my first offer in 30 days - not sure if many people in Toronto can say the same. His knowledge of the GTA is tenfold; if you have the chance to work with Alex, youre the privileged one. Thank you again for helping me find my dream home!

Name any characteristic you expect out of a great real estate agent - Alex drives each of them into overdrive. He is perceptive and patient in prioritizing your needs from a home. He is tireless in his hustle to track down listings that suit your needs. He is clear and concise in his explanations of this complicated process. He is sharp and skilled as a negotiator and is uniquely capable of landing the best possible deals. But most important with Alex is what the process means to him. He does not look at it as a business transaction; instead, he looks at it as a privilege to be welcomed into one of the most important decisions we each make - finding the right home. Alex works as hard as he can every day to pay back that trust, and somehow makes the process incredibly fun along the way. I speak from experience, having worked with Alex to secure the purchase of my first home, and years later I couldn't be happier. I wholeheartedly recommend Alex to anyone wanting to work with the best. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Alex is the best in the west! Whether its selling, buying, or leasing, he is THE top agent for all of West Toronto (Bloor West Village, High Park, The Junction/The Junction Triangle, Swansea, Roncesvalles, etc.). Most recently, he was instrumental in both finding my girlfriend a tenant to lease out her condo AND advising us in our search to find a new place in the area. We cant thank Alex enough for his work ethic, responsiveness, and, of course, the results he delivers!
