Aryeh is an extremely efficient and professional all-round realtor. Above all he is an amazing person. He helped us find our first condo rental in downtown and first home in Toronto. Very few times in your life, you come across people who are truly inspirational, compassionate and work for your best interests. We first met Aryeh when my husband and I were new to Toronto and were looking for a condo rental in downtown. We are a bit picky about a few things wed like to have in our home, even if we are renting it out :) My husband was a bit skeptical about how a real estate agent would handle our needs. Once we met Aryeh, he made us feel so comfortable that we could share our thoughts with him just like wed do with a close friend. I dont know how he does that. At that time we decided that, hes the one we will contact when well be ready to buy our first home. First time home buyers will know how stressful it is and with covid the market was just crazy. But not when your realtor is Aryeh :) There is no such thing as a perfect home but after a few viewings there were times where we didnt have to say a word, he knew exactly what we were looking for (yes!!, it is that easy with him). Some of the things he does best: - He makes you feel like you are his only clients in the world :) (I am not kidding). We had been to a lot of viweings, he times all of them perfectly (we were amazed). His communication is so clear and prompt, be it in email, text or call. Initially the inventory was too low due to covid and houses were selling at crazy prices, we were loosing hope. He kept checking in with us and answering all our concerns and kept us positive by providing insights and his experiences with the current market situation. - He has your best interests in mind. Since first time home buyers, we were not completely knowledgeable about what to look for in a house to make sure its worth it. While we were looking into things we want in the home, he helped us by taking a look into things to make sure the house has strong bones. When we put our first offer on a home and didnt end up getting it, he was in touch with us for the next couple of days to make sure we are doing ok and not giving up :) The next time we were about to send in an offer on a place we backed out 5 min before submitting it. Even then Aryeh was calm, did not push us into it. He would always say If you dont feel this as your home then dont go for it to make me feel better. I will be more than happy to show you more listings and we will find the home you are looking for. - He will get the job done. On the day when we put an offer and got the home, the sellers wont confirm until they get everything from us. Aryeh went above and beyond and helped us get the property that night even if it meant working late night for him. Even after the closing, we are in touch with him and I guess by this time we are really good friends :) I could keep going on and on about a lot of things he has helped us with, to make our home buying experience easy and less stressful. We have no doubt that Aryeh is an exceptional realtor and are happy to strongly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a home.

Aryeh has helped me on numerous projects including leasing out my properties and purchasing new. He is extremely knowledgeable about the market and always goes above and beyond in order to provide a great service. His professionalism and experience is hard to find and I would definitely recommend Aryeh to anyone looking for a great realtor.

Aryeh conducted 3 separate real estate transactions for myself and my husband and was stellar during all of them in different ways. For the first one, he sold our condo in only a few days considerably above asking price, even setting a record for the highest sale ever in that building at that time. About a year later and we were ready to buy our first house in Toronto, one of the most competitive housing markets in the world. Houses would get snapped up in hours for hundreds of thousands of dollars over asking, which was intimidating for a young couple like us. Aryeh helped support us every step of the way through the process, and scored our dream home in a hot neighbourhood thanks to proactively reaching out to the selling agent to stake our claim. Lastly, he sold our condo a few months ago in what was a bit of a tougher market than our previous condo. However, the rough conditions didn't hinder him from getting us the exact price we wanted for it thanks to his hard work. If you are looking to sell your home or buy a new home, Aryeh is the agent that will grind tirelessly to make sure you get what you want. He is a straight shooter and also, conducts business ethically and by the book.
