She new the market and my pricing and I know have my beautiful home! Our first visit (to the condo I bought) and I new I had to have it. Tina has been so helpful throughout the entire purchasing process. As a first time buyer, I was not aware of all of the steps required to go from viewing to purchasing. Tina was able to walk me through all the steps and answer any questions I had. Even with a difficult seller; Tina was able to stay positive and professional! Really happy I was able to work with her.
