I wish there were 10 stars that we could give Alex because she honestly deserves them. Alex helped us sell our home in Toronto. She was incredibly professional, walked us through all of the COVID regulations, provided invaluable insight into the market conditions and was just an absolute gem to work with. She got us considerably more than our asking price (and a record price for our area!), within a week, with the exact closing conditions we wanted and had my husband doing cartwheels in our backyard. If you are looking to sell or buy in the GTA, look no further than Alex.

Alexandra is definitely a terrific 5 Star Realtor, and I very highly recommend her. She has a ton of expertise in real estate and the market, and a strong commitment to serving her clients completely. I really appreciated her amazing attention to detail, her energy, her availability and responsiveness to me (no matter the time of day and on weekends), her thoroughness throughout the process of selling my condo, and last but not least, her delightful warmth and personality. She was also helpful in connecting me with other skilled professionals in the field when I asked (stager, painter, lawyer). It was easy to become fully confident in her as my agent and it has been a pleasure to work with her. The ultimate result is that Im so very pleased with my sale. I cannot imagine anyone not being thrilled to have her as their agent.

Alexandra was phenomenal in getting my condo sold. Since I was not local, she managed everything for me, was transparent about the process, offered suggestions around engaging other service providers and most importantly provided any support (including docs) required for tax purposes. I would recommend Alexandra to anyone who wants efficient, pain free and transparency.

My partner and I were first time home buyers. We talked to a couple of agents before getting started, and Alex was the only one who really made us feel confident about the process. She really took the time to explain the ins and outs of buying a home and what to expect. She clearly wasn't in it for a quick purchase, and she really cared about finding the perfect home for us. She went above beyond what was expected of her. After a few months of searching we found the right home, and it was all thanks to Alex.
