Ana and Sara are seriously the best in the biz! Within a couple of days of listing we got an offer on our place that was much higher than we expected. The staging was incredible, our place has never looked better. They were extremely attentive (even facilitated a late night deal on a Saturday night), and knowledgeable every step of the way. What a wonderful experience it was working with Ana. She understood our needs, wants and then she delivered big time. Ana responded quickly, effectively at all hours of the day and night. I just bought my first home with Ana, and she made the process a dream! I had many, many questions about everything and Ana answered them all with patience and respect, making sure that I was completely comfortable and informed every step of the way. I had heard scary stories of stressful and exhausting real estate searches lasting months, with tons of heartbreak along the way - with Ana, I found and put a successful offer in on my dream house in a week and a half. Ana has been my Toronto area realtor for many years now. When it came to sell my son's university property which is located out of town, I decided to give Ana and Sara the listing instead of a local agent located in that city. Ana and Sara quickly arranged for painters, rented a truck and drove out to beautifully stage the property. We received 3 offers within one week, and the home was sold for 99% of asking price in a somewhat challenging market. It was also sold for top dollar/sales in that area. It was our lucky day when we decided to pick up the phone and call Ana Santos to sell our home. Listing, prepping, and selling our home with Ana and Sara was both a pleasure and an excellent decision. From our first meeting to when the house was sold, we always felt that they had our best interests in mind. They were easy to talk to and were always accessible, guiding us through the process with demonstrated knowledge/experience. When advising on price, Ana demonstrated an intimate and thorough understanding of the value of homes listed and sold in various locations in and around our neighbourhood. As such she was able to accurately estimate a value range (and handicap the risks) in this time of interest rate changes. Our home was beautifully staged. Updates were completed by experienced and personable professionals. Ana spent a great deal of time sourcing and designing the above, and she always consulted with us to ensure that we felt part of the process. Ana and Sara also did an excellent job marketing our home on social media and through MLS. The photography and the marketing materials for agents and their clients was also extremely well done. Showings and communication/feedback from realtors and clients was smooth and well organized. Ana provided feedback on her interactions with realtors, and stood firm when necessary highly professional. Once again, we feel very happy that we chose Ana and Sara as our realtors. They were very sensitive to us in this stressful period, and they were able to problem solve creatively and with a sense of humour. We would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.
