Umesh helped me purchase my first property, and I am so grateful for all of his help! He gave me advice on pre-construction vs. buying an already built property, what areas in Toronto would provide the highest return on investment and was also able to help me secure my first condo. He has a lot of knowledge about real estate, and particularly the Toronto area. I am happy with my purchase, and I look forward to purchasing more properties in the future with his help.

I have to take a moment and thank Umesh for his outstanding service and details. I always heard buying your first place is stressful but not when you have Umesh as a realtor . He takes his time to listen to your needs and puts them into action while seeking places to show you . Umesh has knowledge and true understanding of the city and Toronto , never once was he too busy to take my call or respond to an email . Always has your best interested at hand . Even though I am still searching for my home , I receive weekly emails with new listings to be shown . All I can say is if your looking for your first home use the guidance from Umesh .
