Tracy is a wonderful realtor. She helped my husband and I sell two (2) condos and purchase a house. In terms of selling our two condos - Tracy was very knowledgeable and put in a lot of work to help us make sure we could sell our condos for top dollar but helping us properly organize and stage our places. She helped provide us with great staging and amazing photos. We felt her hard work really helped us get top dollar for our condos. We truly feel her work helped us get the best offers. All of her marketing materials were professional and helpful as well. In terms of buying our house - Tracy was very knowledge and patient. She took us to many places and made sure we understood the market, re-sale value, fair pricing, etc. She always told us practical advice (to ensure we did not overspend on a place, or settle for something). Tracy helped my husband and I find the impossible - a detached home in Toronto as first time home buyers! When I contacted her by email for the first time, she reached out within the hour and we met face to face the very next day. Every step of the way she was patient, knowledgeable, and offered excellent advice. Working with a modest budget, she took us all over the city in the areas we were interested in, paid close attention to finding the things that mattered to us, and counselled us on things that could or could not be changed easily to suit our needs. The day we put an offer in, she worked tirelessly into the night (on a Sunday!) to win the bidding war for us without throwing money to solve it.
