Marlow helped us find an apartment and then two years later our house. He was very patient in working with and always made recommendations that were in our best interest. On day of closing, I had mortgage issues. My mortgage agent, mortgage broker (broker of record), lender, and lawyer were all either useless or unreachable. Marlow picked up his phone and was on it right away. I can't say enough about how he helped the situation and prevented a disastrous non-closing. 10 out 10 would recommend.
