To whoever may be reading this: I would just like to say that if you are dealing with Dianne Woodhouse, I can confidently tell you that she is one of the most diligent, honest and kindest people that I have ever dealt with in the real estate world. There are a lot of positive things that I can say about her character, however, I can sum it up with sharing my experience with you. Me and my family were looking to rent a large family home and it is especially dauntingly difficult to do so as relatively new residents in Canada, there were lots of requirements that had to be met, a good amount of references that we had to share, and lots of documents that went back and forth but throughout the entire thing Dianne hasnt made us feel for a single second that as applicants we were not a good fit we were treated with the same respect and dignity as another person. And although there were other interested parties in the rental home Dianne took the initiative to help us exhaust every resource in terms of our referrals and credibility documents because as I explained to her, she knew that this home was the best setup for our family, I am usually a great judge of character and I can tell by the way Dianne dealt with us she was absolutely genuine and compassionate to our situation. The number of times her and I spoke over the phone and she took the initiative to call me so I can clarify certain things is not something anyone would do just for the sake of helping and she could have easily moved on to the next applicants. In this industry you have every right to be a skeptic with 99% of the people you deal with as its very hard to find true integrity, however, Dianne would be the 1% youre looking for. I wish her the best!

Recently I had the pleasure of working with Printini Nagagaratnam, as Cooperating sales person , The transaction was impeccable, Printini is extremely hard working and she was easy to work with.
