Now when I tell you that Cheryl and Jon offer a full service solution, I truly mean it! I was utterly impressed from the first moment I met them and continue to be wowed by them even after our home has been sold. I was selling a home that had extreme sentimental value to me and there were a lot of anxieties I was grappling with putting it on the market. Jon and Cheryl met me where I was, and were extremely patient explaining every single step of the process to me and answered allllllll of my questions. From the listing price, to the staging process, to making sure I understood my options when it came to the offer and closing stages, they made me feel extremely comfortable. They also went above and beyond putting in the work to get the house ready, and making sure that things were in tip top shape ahead of every, single viewing. The amount of time, care and passion they put into working with me, really put me at ease. The amount of knowledge they have about the market and process was invaluable and set it all up for success. It really feels like beyond building a relationship with amazing realtors, Ive gained friends in Jon and Cheryl. Can I give 50 stars?? MY GOODNESS! Cheryl and Jon are an absolute dream team. I had massive amounts of anxiety and never sold property before. Cheryl and Jon were so thorough, so detail oriented, so knowledgeable, so professional, so thoughtful, so EVERYTHING. I felt supported and calm during the entire process. I literally didnt have to do anything other than hand over keys. They even brought boxes, tape and wrapping paper. The details and special touches during the whole process were mind blowing. The marketing and staging was so on point, I actually considered not leaving (which is hilarious since I had strong feelings about selling my property). Honestly, there would be no one else I would trust with any home transactions and the entire process was actually fun. I ENJOYED SELLING MY HOME. Is that even a thing? Yes, it is with Cheryl and Jon. They are the most incredible people, professional and personally. If you are looking for the right people to help you with buying/selling, you found them. I wish they offered services to manage all of lifes big moments. Can I request this? You sold my home too quick and Im not ready to let you guys go. Actually. ADORE BOTH OF YOU. I cannot thank you enough.

Jon and Cheryl make a great team. Their knowledge of the Toronto/GTA market enables them to provide great insight into the various properties and neighbourhoods. They are also incredibly responsive and can make things happen very quickly. Overall, made the entire process seamless. Will definitely want to work with them again for my next real estate need.

We were lucky enough to get referred to Jon and Cheryl by a friend and we are so happy with our experience. We were first time home buyers and they made sure to take the time to help us understand everything. I never felt intimidated to ask them something and they would always respond promptly. Not only are they professional and knowledgeable but it was like working with close friends. Will be recommending them to everyone!
