My partner and I worked with Derek both for the sale of our condo and the purchase of our forever home - and we would give our highest possible recommendation of him to anyone looking to buy or sell. As soon as we met Derek, we felt immediately confident that we were going with the best choice of realtor. Derek is highly intuitive, intelligent, experienced, professional, knows what he is doing and does it well. We are not easy clients but he exceeded our expectations on all fronts. Our condo sold within 5 days and we bought the fully-detached home of our dreams in less than 2 weeks following that (and we were on a tight budget). None of this would have been possible had it not been for Derek's diligence, thorough research, incisive strategy, and the high quality of work and effort he puts in no matter how big or small the task. We had a very short timeline to work with and Derek was extremely responsive, accommodating, and moved things forward very quickly without sacrificing quality.
