I can't recommend Pavel enough - I've been fortunate enough to work with him twice now on finding a rental and I wouldn't ever use anyone else. He is an absolute superstar who always goes above and beyond and always makes time for his clients. Last year Pavel helped me get the perfect townhouse in Riverside/Leslieville. I had reached out to a Facebook group in search of recommendations for a realtor in the neighbourhood and most folks suggested Matt & Ben's team. So I reached out and got connected with Pavel. We did an evening of viewings, put in an offer and happily ever after. When I was searching for a new rental this year I reached out to Pavel and we got rolling. We found the perfect place but after the lease was signed and the deposit was sent over, the landlord wanted to back out. Pavel handled the situation with so much grace, class, and professionalism to all parties involved. We continued our search and at one point Pavel even offered to submit an offer on a unit that he wouldn't even get a commission on - which really shows how much he cares about his clients and the work he does.
