My family hired Jenelle to sell our house and then purchase a condominium. Jenelle made the processes so much easier than we expected. We arent new to buying or selling our property but its surprising how much the real estate rules change and how quickly we had forgotten about some aspects of selling and buying. Jenelle is very generous with her time and knowledge, and she pays very close attention to details. Ive no worries when Jenelle is on the case. There are tens of thousands of real estate agents in Toronto, which makes it hard to know if you are choosing the right agent for your situation. Jenelle was professional, knowledgeable, responsive, sensitive to my issues. She worked very very hard to try to meet all my requirements and at the same time get me the most beautiful home imaginable.
