My experience buying my home with this real estate firm has been very disappointing and upsetting. Emily Gregoire, the buying agent , misrepresented the property I purchased - telling me things which I subsequently have found out were complete fabrications. It has been a terrible experience with no help from the Walker group. My only advice : Buyer beware. Do your homework. Consider a different brokerage who may offer integrity and transparency.

Emily Gregoire from the Michelle Walker team helped me rent my condo by finding great tenants, both last year and this year. As a first time landlord, she helped me navigate the ins and outs of renting last year. And this year, she went above and beyond to make sure that I would have a tenant move in by August 1st to ensure continuity from the end of my last tenant lease (July 31st) to the start of this one. Both times, she was extremely professional, very responsive and most importantly, I felt like she had my best interests at heart. She made the process so simple and even took care of things like key handovers to/from tenants, minimizing the amount of work/travel I had to do. I have been thoroughly impressed with the Michelle Walker team and I would absolutely recommend them! In fact, I was so happy with their service that I've already referred them to other friends and family friends in need of a real estate agent. You won't regret your decision to go with them!

Couldn't have asked for anything more from a real estate team! They were there every step of the way. No stone was left unturned and their extensive knowledge was very helpful. Lisa, Natalie, and Michelle are the definition of teamwork! It was a wonderful experience and I would recommend them to anyone!

My partner has used the Michelle Walker Team to rent out their condo, so it was a no-brainer to use them again when we began looking for a house. As first-time house buyers, Emily and Michelle made us feel right at home throughout the process, from taking the time to get to know us and what we were looking for, to walking us through all the legalities and paperwork, to connecting us with local businesses they stand behind to do any renovations/fixes needed. Emily and Michelle were both very kind and patient, worked with our schedules, and never made us feel rushed or pressured. They prioritised us at every turn, and promptly responded to any questions and concerns we had. Both they and their administrative team were very prompt and professional, making things as simple as possible and making us feel they had everything well in hand. We would would highly recommend them for any real estate transaction! We can't say enough good things about them.

I have worked with Michelle a few times over the last 16 years, both in the context of buying and selling. She is absolutely the best! Extremely knowledgeable, resourceful and patient. Most recently she was able to help me find an absolute gem of a condo! She was able to keep my hopes up and keep things fun while we were searching for my perfect place.
