They are a professional one-stop shop for selling. They helped take the stress and headaches out of the whole process for me; they helped stage my home, helped with new lighting suggestions, and had a team of trades as needed - they even stored my current items while the property was listed! I worked with Dave Proulx on a house I just won the bid on in Toronto. He prepared and presented an offer for me in a multiple bid situation, and my bid ended up being the winning bid for the house. Dave is extremely kind and conscientious, and he was clearly looking out for my best interest. I recently sold my house in the west end of Toronto. The timing seemed less than ideal with interest rates on the rise and so much talk about housing price correction and the ensuing recession. They made the entire process of prepping our house for sale quite easy and straight forward, reducing our stress in the matter quite dramatically.
