I concur with all the other 5.0* reviews. Socrates was indispensable in the process of selling my condo and in getting a top price. There were 3 larger condos selling in the building at the same time. However, he furnished and highlighted our large balcony to be an extension of the living space - it looked so inviting in the photos. After his staging / sprucing up / cleaning the condo, we beat the competition and got the highest price! Socrates has a diverse team who can supply different services to ready the property for sale and we really appreciated the help in so many areas - replace flooring and vanity, major uncluttering and cleaning, and finally staging. Socrates negotiated to increase the top price we were offered. In addition, he and Claire are very knowledgeable and efficient and easy to work with. I highly recommend Socarates!! Anne Chang

My wife and I were blown away by how Socrates handled so many of the details pertaining to selling our Toronto condo, and with such professionalism. Socrates and his team of handymen, electricians, movers, cleaners, etc. as well as his resources in storage, lighting, bathroom fixtures, furniture staging and more lifted much of the stress, labour and hours off of our shoulders. Socrates produced stunning photos showcasing our property and was able to negotiate a much higher selling price than we had expected. The best realtors out there by far. They are great people to work with and are professional and amazing at their job. Within less than a week my condo was staged, photographed and listed and in one day it sold! I couldnt be happier with the outcome. I will for sure use them again in the future!

Socrates and Claire are the best! My fiance and I used them to buy our first home, and are so appreciative of their guidance and help. They were always available to answer our questions and their real estate expertise helped us score our dream starter home. They're friendly and absolute pros in their field! They went above and beyond. Not only did they help us buy a home, but they also gave us some great referrals for a home inspector, moving company and more!
