I am very pleased at the work Rob did for me. I had gone on vacation thinking it would take a while to sell, I wasn't even in the province when he sold my house days later for 20,000.00 over asking price. Everything was done electronically so i didn't have to rush back. All i had to do when i got back was pack up and leave. Im sure at times i didn't make it easy for him and im very glad he didn't turn tail and run on me lol He was very professional and eased my fears and answered my questions every step of the way. I would highly recommend Rob, he was my Godsend. I will be calling him again for sure.

Robert was recommended to us by my parents, they new we had been looking for our first home and haven't had any luck with our previous realtors. After the first time we communicated with Robert we new it would only be a matter of time before we found our home. I would like to say that we had been the dream client, and made his life easy but I know that wasn't the case. He listened to our wants , needs and more importantly my bad jokes. Every house we looked at checked off more and more of our want and need list. Then we found it, our first home. We placed a offer and with a thoughtful letter that Robert wrote to the seller without us knowing we got the house. We have now been in our new home for little over a week, and couldn't be happier. This next step in our lives couldn't have been possible with out Robert, i would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home and doesn't like the stress that comes with it.
