Our staging by Lyn was fantastic and the various contractors and service providers he arranged for us did amazing work. It was a very difficult market at the time of our sale but he knew how to handle our property and market us efficiently. I cannot say enough good things about Christian Torok. He went above and beyond to rescue us from a crisis situation requiring an urgent sale. His staging was astonishing - our home was unrecognizable in the best way. He strategically ensured an abundance of interest and visits, which resulted in our townhouse selling in ONE DAY for more than $100k over asking!!! What an incredible experience through and through! Dedicated, adaptable and personal. Christian was able to accomplish what we thought and feared was the impossible, helping us out of a terrible situation that was more like something out of a horror movie very quickly. He took the time to really understand our position and the market and adjusted the strategy to get us an incredible amount of attention immediately and our house sold in what felt like hours. And let me tell you, at the time, the market was not good. Similar properties in our area had been on the market for over a month! And we sold our house at the price we wanted! (Insert mind-blown gif here). If it were possible, I would have Christian buy everything for me. Like...imagine having him with you at the grocery store? That's because Christian and his team look after you. Their goal is for you to get what you're after. One of the things I liked most about Christian was his ability to make us feel assured, confident and adapt to my personality. Cuz let's face it, I'm kind of a jerk. But he really put me at ease - and then immediately proved why people should put all their confidence in him and his team when it comes to buying and selling a home - because their really effing good at their jobs. Roger and Christian were great to work with. I just purchased a condo-loft in leslieville. Roger introduced me to the area that i purchased in. I had initially written off the area but he made me see the upsides to the area which convinced me it was right for me.
