Buying a property is no joke! let me tell you, emotions and stress levels go up and down and it's very important to have someone who can hand hold you, guide you and help you keep your cool. And now thinking about it If i had to relive the entire process I wouldn't have selected anyone else but Steven Da Silva. Whether you are first time hone buyer or you've done it before I bet you would change your mind once you work with him. His ability to make sound decision, giving you honest opinions and also getting to know in detail what you expect your dream house to be, he did it all. This guy does his homework well and the best part that I love is that no matter what time you need him he will always be there for you (worked even on his vacation inspite the time difference). Unlike other agents his main focus is to help you get the best deal and save some money (helped us save 5000 CAD by negotiating with seller on his own) Steven has been more like a friend who always advised us and at the same time respected our views. I would highly recommend him to anyone I know who is looking to buy/sell a property.

Steven made finding our first home in canada like a breeze ! He is dedicated, well researched and a seasoned professional. Being our first time in the market and pretty new to the country, we had done some research of our own but never did we realise that we were overlooking few aspects in our decision making. Steven was very patient with us and with his insights we were able to make a sound decision in this ever changing market. Steven is collaborative, responsive and has an eye for detail.
