William Tajer is the sole reason why my wife and I were able to so quickly and economically find our dream home. From our very first conversation with William, he was warm, friendly and armed with all the right information and questions for us. He was mindful of our requirements and asked all the right clarifying questions to better understand what we were after. William was quick and efficient in setting up our search and walked us through how best to work through listings so we could find. We were super aggressive in our search as well and William was more than willing to accommodate, accompanying us on a marathon viewing session of more than 15 homes in a single outing. At the end of the viewing process, William was great at recalling details of what he had observed in the homes with high-level thoughts on the potential improvements that would need to / could be made along with their ballpark costs. He was also quick with pointing out considerations that did not even cross our minds. When it came time to put an offer down, William was extremely thorough in walking us through all the clauses and diligent and ensuring our concerns were addressed. William diligently fought on our behalf and represented our best interests when it came time to close the deal. In addition, we had decided to include a personal appeal letter with our offer and William was kind enough to read it over and help us with some of the wording. William went above and beyond just closing on our home but also helped represent us finding a tenant for the property we were moving out of, giving the both of us peace of mind that we wouldn't be carrying extra financial burden during our transition to our dream home. All in all, our experience with William was by far one of our best purchasing experiences across all our walks of life, let alone in Real Estate. Words cannot describe my experience with Rebecca Laing and William Tajer. This is the 3rd property they purchased for me and over the past 10 years, they have not changed a bit- professionalism, caring for their client, and finding a place that is perfect to them and the client has always remained paramount in their acumen as real estate agents. Rebecca and Bill, from the bottom of my heart, words cannot describe my gratefulness for all you have done for me over the past couple of months.. For being patient with me, guiding me in what is a good and what is a bad investment and for filling that gap for me of not having a partner to help make a decision. We are two seniors who have recently gone through a significant life change. A little over a year ago my husband and I entered the housing market for the first time in 40 years. Rebecca Laing responded to our web exploration with the question, Ask me how I am different from other realtors. The answer was that Rebecca never takes more than four clients at a time, so that she has plenty of time for each one, and she NEVER works for both a buyer and a seller in any real estate transaction. And so it was. We started our search in May. Although Rebecca knew that we would be in no position to put in an offer until well into the fall. She and her partner William Tajer patiently took us from house to house, across numerous neighbourhoods learning what appealed to us, and why, and what did not. They never lost sight of our extensive list of requirements. With William along, we learned a great deal about the plusses and minuses of the various properties we saw and what would need to be done to correct structural problems. And when finally the right house was in sight, Rebecca fought fiercely to secure the best deal for us, and be sure that we had enough to cover needed renovations. Now we are comfortably established in a new home that we love and that fits all our critical requirements. Rebecca and Bill continue to support us more than a year after our move with helpful referrals to everything from a handyman, to painters, to garden designers.
