Ontario Property Deals

Austin and Waylon have a great company to provide real estate investors opportunities to win. I purchased a property from them and the transaction was tricky (due to the seller) and Austin was on top of it every step of the way and came to a great resolution in the end. I would highly recommend Austin and his team to anybody! Looking forward to doing more deals with them in the future.

I purchased a duplex through Ontario Property Deals back in December. Austin and Waylon were very transparent about the whole process and were super responsive. There were some issues during the transaction due to the seller being unresponsive, but Austin and Waylon were extremely helpful and professional throughout the process and we were able to work together to find a resolution. Highly recommended!

Waylon had approached me regarding financing for a buyer of his, It was great to work with individuals who were well organized and responsive. As this was a tight timeline for funding, open communication and a proactive approach allowed us to ensure the deal could be closed in just a day and a half, which would not have been possible with a group who didn't have their documents in order. Looking forward to working with them again.
