Oh, this shoe store met all of my needs! After having purchased Blunstone shoes twice online and not having them fit, I took a chance while visiting Toronto on this shoe store in the hopes I could find the Blunstone boots I wanted for my partner. They came to the rescue! The staff was super helpful and very patient, they felt great. I actually walked out of the store with them on ha ha I would highly recommend this place. It was also interesting that there were so many other people in there shopping tells me its a good place to buy shoes. Im a very satisfied customer.

On a rainy Sunday morning I walked into the store with half of the mud from the dog park at Trinity Bellwoods on the soles of my BlundStones and was greeted by friendly, helpful staff Chris and Grace who not only cleaned my shoes to ascertain their age and counsel me on how best to take care of my shoes but also looked into the possibility of having repairs made to them. It is so refreshing to have sales people who know their product so thoroughly. Regardless of whether my present pair can be repaired or not, I will be returning next week to buy my next pair of BlundStones. Many thanks again to Chris and Grace!
