Rude customer service we got from one of the store clerks, who was not even involved in the conversation, but decides to chime in. This is the third time weve been to this store. Everytime we ask to get a specific fit to order, so we know the policy that it takes one to two weeks to get them in. What I dont understand is this. Why would someone who is not even part of the transaction to just belt that it takes 7 to 14 days? Cmon, arent these people trained from home never to talk if youre not spoken to? Let the person were dealing with tell us. Dont say that from across the floor. Manners where are these manners and proper etiquette?

I wasnt aware of the return policy, which is 14 days, and usually people will remind you of it when you purchase something. I was one day late and they couldnt do anything but offer store credit. BUT the main issue was the rude woman who literally sing-songed to me: If you had been one day earlier you wouldve gotten a refund. She was snotty and snide, and strangely defensive. Theyve lost a customer for life. Thats MY policy!

Staff is very good at this location. You can ask to try shoes/sandals as many as you can they never mind. Refund/return policy is great. you can return to any location if you have receipt and the box.
