        In Toronto as our daughter has an MRI at SickKids. Decided to come shopping while she had her scan done. My husband was cold, tried to enter the store at 8:55pm, the girl at the door tried to deny entry and a guy who works there had terrible customer service. Will not be back to this location

        The staff was very dismissive toward me when I needed help and they were all just standing around... I'd ask a question and get shut down immediately. Not a very welcoming environment for me!

        4 employees standing in the middle of the store. Walked in with intention to spend my money. Not a single person came by to help me or any other person in store. I made eye contact, yet seemed they did not get the hint. Oh well, I'll go to a store that actually attempts to help customer.
