Very disappointed in the service I received at this location. I had made a special trip to this store based on a referral I received that this store's staff would be able to assist me. This did not happen. I went down the street to a similar store and bought my shoes there. Their representative was very knowledgeable, friendly and were able to assist me with buying the right shoe.

I visited the store recently with my senior mom and the manager helped us out. She was very kind and acommodating towards my mother, who is hearing impaired and experiences anxiety. She provided us with very helpful suggestions and helped my mom try on shoes to meet her complex orthopedic needs. It was greatly appreciated!

Poor selection of shoes. They don't even carry the New Balance 550 green color in store!

Great experience. Nicole was amazing a true professional. She was patient and had numerous suggestions to assist me with my 3 pairs of shoes. Would recommend highly please see Nicole. Once again thank you Nicole.
