ECCO Ossington Ave

Went all the way to pick up a pair of shoes at this store, hoping to use Ecco promotion-Celebrate the special women in your life this Mother's Day with $25 off your purchase of $200 or more. The guy Kevin at the store gave me a hard time and insisted it is not applicable and claim that the website is faulty system error. Making up his own rules on the spot. He had to call the store manager and claimed that he is making a huge exception for me. I didnt expect such an attitude from a big brand name store. Hopefully others wont come across the same experience.
