Great experience at this New Balance. All the employees were welcoming and did not push any of the products too hard. I ended up buying a pair of shoes which ended up being a bit too small and despite some use, they still let me exchange for a better fitting size. I will be back.

On friday february 3rd, i had such a weird experience here. i visited to grab some new sneakers due to foot pain and since it was my first time shopping at this brand, i was excited. unfortunately the worker was so passive aggressive and hostile for no reason. it was a vibe i havent experienced before. i was being very friendly and he was being strange. i felt bad to even ask questions and have never felt so uncomfortable. he seemed inconvenienced as i had to try multiple sizes. i ended up ordering online because i wanted to leave. im usually unbothered by these types of situations but this time really stood out and was painfully awkward for no reason. anyways i love the shoes, they shipped really fast and so comfy.

I am giving this store 5 starts despite going back and forth 3 times to receive a couple pairs of shoes that this store had ordered from the Warehouse since they didn't have the sizes I wanted. Why am I giving them 5 starts despite the hassle? Because of the super nice and super helpful staff operating the store. Frank was so kind to give me 30% discount on a pair of shoes that I bought during my last visit to make it up to me for multiple visits to the store when the shoes did not arrive. Thanks, Frank.
