Little Burgundy

Terrible and rude staff here, you have to chase the staff for help as theyd rather stand around on their phones chatting to each other rather than help customers. Left without purchasing from here, better to give your money to another retailer.

I went here (Eaton Mall) today with my daughter. I was looking for sneakers for me and my daughter, and planning to include them in my upcoming content on IG. One lady staff accommodated me. But the tall/big, with blonde hair (I think she's blonde), is not welcoming. Since we entered the store, she keeps on looking at us with a very discriminating look. And she doesn't even greet us, unlike the other lady who accommodated us. So I decided to buy in Footlocker instead. I can say that there's a big difference between Little Burgundy and Foot Locker in terms of customer service. The big lady in little burgundy is an OFF. She should not be working there as you may lose a lot of customers. VERY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE.

It's Black Friday weekend and everything ran so efficiently the entire time I was in the store. I was greeted by friendly staff. But the friendliness of all was Neil who helped me pick out an item. I was simply blown away by the level of service illustrated by Neil. He was informative, charming and efficient. These are the ingredients of not going a great associate but just a great human being.
