Stellar customer service from Chloe, and all the staff really. I showed her the (rather campy) dress I needed shoes for and she immediately and enthusiastically understood my vision. As far as the shoes go theres lots of variety for styles and prices. Ill be back!!

BEWARE OF THEIR AWFUL RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY I was in the Queen Street location two weeks ago and purchased two Cole Haan Sandals, $200 each, totalling $452 altogether with taxes. After considering further, I changed my mind about the sandals, only to see a 'final sale' on the receipt. I called to clarify, since the sandals were full price. I was told by Gina that although online purchases provide a 14 day return policy, IN STORE purchases are final sale - I could only exchange or get a refund! I tried to explain that I was never told this, and that surely when you are making a purchase, especially for almost half a grand, especially in this economy, you would be informed of such a policy at the point of sale. The Associate said that perhaps it was a busy day and the cashier 'forgot to mention it'. However she did point out that they have a sign at the cash - so apparently the onus is on the customer. I have traded a few messages with head office but Heel Boy is standing by their policy. I'm disappointed that in an economy such as this, Heel Boy is putting company profits over client experience.
