        DO NOT BUY TEXTBOOKS FROM TopHat. This company is so irresponsible for the shipping and the textbook I ordered has been missing and no one answers my email even shipping carrier. I took classes without textbooks and I am behind. TopHat keeps refusing to give a refund. What am I supposed to do with this situation? - Add : after I reported situation to my card company, they disputed transaction then tophat gave me refund if you guess have issues just talk to card company!
