        Not a good experience with my condo building. No significant savings earned - not even simple government rebates. We haven't even been provided with usage reports or any reports of savings. Seems like their approach to savings is to run the boilers so low that there is barely any hot water in the building - receiving many complaints from residents. It's taking months to try and resolve the hot water situation. It seems like our building functioned better with better services before adding parity.
