DO NOT ONLINE SHOP HERE. Tried to make a purchase online and didnt go through after several attempts(even different browsers and cards). Wasnt able to buy what I wanted. To add insult to injury, I was notified by Running Room that my credit card details were hacked and someone used my card to make a $2000 purchase. Horrible customer service and experience!

Just left the store, had a great experience. I'm by no means a decorated runner, very much an amateur. The staff at the store were still very helpful and understanding. I was helped by a rep for the Altra brand, I forgot to ask his name. But he was knowledgeable and explained everything so I could understand. He had no issues pulling several shoes off the shelves until I found one I liked, and tailored his choices to my foot type (flat) and experience level (low). I ended up grabbing a pair of hokas that felt good on my feet and looked good. Thanks for the help with the new shoes!

The reason we go to the Running Room is for the service you cannot get from a box store or god forbid...online. We explained our plans to Brian...he analysed what we were wearing for runs, looked at our gaits...provided us with various options and explanations of the features and differences. He could explain why I was feeling different things in different shoes. Helped us make informed choices. PS the store actually had a lot of choices unlike some places..."looking for a trail shoe?" "Here's your choice"....singular. Not at this store. Great experience!
