What a great experience! I was able to get 2 pairs of glasses at a great price. This was all accomplished while I ate lunch in Union Station. The staff (both by phone and in person) were very friendly and helpful.

I found out about Dresden through a friend. On my way to Toronto, my reading glasses broke and Megan was able to make me a new pair while I waited. Megan was an incredibly helpful sales associate. She set me up with my first progressives and made sure that I had versions that worked for both computer and life in the wild. I can't say enough about the incredible customer service by Megan and I love my new specs!
