Unexpectedly faced with outright rudeness from both representatives of the company. I am a newcomer in Canada and wanted to file a tax declaration. I've asked if the company has the ability to take on new customers and received an affirmative answer, agreed on a price, and submitted my information. However, the company does not get in touch to agree on the timing and clarify some questions. When I called to clarify these points, they spoke to me rudely and said that they did not have time to answer all the letters and that I had allegedly already written 10 letters. Although, there were only 3 of them: one to agree on the service, one with the data on my application, and one with additional questions to understand how we are working further. When I tried to ask why they communicate with me like that, they simply told me that they were removing me from the list and that I should look for a new accountant. I'm just in shock, I did not expect such rudeness and unprofessional behavior. If you do not have the opportunity to deal with new clients, you can just say it politely at the beginning, and not waste my and your time. I do not recommend it. Answer to response from the owner: Overloading does not give the right to impolite communication - this is unprofessionalism. Yes, I am also a newcomer from Ukraine, but this is not volunteering help at all - it was a service for money, so I dont understand this attitude doubly. If you don't have time to explain the process to new clients, you should just prepare a description of the process in advance instead of ignoring clients.
