Ive been here a couple times and although its not totally the same as a traditional walk in with in-site doctors they have semi digital process where an in personal medical professional works with a doctor through zoom. Theyve always been reasonalbly fast, friendly, knowledgeable and helped solve my issues. Id give a 4.5 rating but Im rounding to a 5 because I dont think a 3 is fair.

I visited this walk-in clinic several times going to different doctors at first. I can highly recommend doctor Sam (unfortunately, I don't know his last name). He is positive and friendly, very attentive and empathic, going deep into details. Now I make an appointment directly to him. In general other doctors were doing their job well too. At the same time there are several things that could be improved: 1. The clinic has a rule that a doctor will work on a one problem during the visit. This is not convenient for example if you have a problem to discuss in details and additionally need to get a referral for a required analysis. So that you need to book several appointments in a row to resolve more than one problem. I did this once expanding my time of receipt in one day but still the doctor worked on the first request and then asked to come another day for the second problem. 2. I visited the clinic first days after I had lost a family member asking for a prescription of a mild supporting sedative. But they prescribed me antideprissants! I know that it's a popular practice in Canadian medicine but still my symptoms were not about depression but a normal reaction of the psyche to grief. As a result, I spent money on prescribed medications but did not take them avoiding a possible addiction in the future.
