I have going to this clinic for a number of years. A couple of doctors have come and gone. The latest, Dr Gin, picked up the practice when the previous Dr moved back to Ireland at the height of the pandemic. Dr Gin has given me phone and in person consults. So far so good. Throughout it all, the nurse Shirly, has been wonderful.

I am very, very, very disappointed with my visit today. Felt like Dr. Christopher Gin just wanted to get a read of me as quickly as he could. My ears have been itching for the past three months. The doctor said to put a cream. He just looked once inside my ear to come up with that" Your skin is very dry". There was no additional investigation whatsoever, at least to redirect me to a skin specialist, but no. During my soccer game, I had an ankle injury. Since then, two and half months have passed. The side of the ankle is still 20% swollen, and I continue to feel discomfort in the area. The doctor didn't even inspect the leg. He just looked at it from a distance of 1 meter and didn't even recommend performing a scan or redirect me to an appropriate doctor. I had a couple of additional questions that I wanted to address with a doctor for what he said you would have to call back. The visit with the doctor was about 7 to 8 minutes. My visit achieved nothing. It was 1 hour waste of my time. I don't recommend Dr. Christopher Gin to anybody. Lack of investigation Lack of recommendation

No one answers the phone & when they do I'm put on hold for a VERY long time. This place was good when it had Dr. O'Brien.. It has only deteriorated since him leaving.

WORST DOCTOR EVER. DONT EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME. PLEASE READ REVIEWS BEFORE SEEING THIS UN EDUCATED DOCTOR.NO REGARD FOR PATIENT CARE AND BELIEVES HE CAN PRIORITIZE BETWEEN PEOPLE. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. HIS MANURISM OVER THE PHONE IS REPULSIVE. HIS LICENSE SHOULD BE REVOKED AS HE DOESNT EVEN BELIEVE IN HIS DOCTRINE. JUST A REMINDER DR.GIN: 1) A high standard of care must be both provided and taught. 2) The manner in which care is provided must be generally acceptable to both the provider (eg it meets the requirements of professional ethics) and the consumer (eg it is not dehumanizing). 3) Cost effective medical practice is a necessary educational goal. This is not to be misconstrued as a call for elimination of research or a disrespect for academic freedoms. 4) The educational system should be concerned with the quality of interpersonal relationships involving the patient and all members of the health care team (eg doctor and patient, teacher and student, student and patient).

Would give zero stars if I could. The medical support I got from Dr Gin, Dr Swati, and Dr O'Brien before them, was harmful and what I would consider to be medical gaslighting. I spent almost a year being told that my covid symptoms were anxiety, having to call for weeks just to get test results, and basically shrugged off because they couldn't see anything wrong with my blood tests. There was so little effort put into helping me and it made for a very difficult year of bizarre symptoms much worse by having to deal with a medical team that clearly did not care about my health or overall wellbeing. I highly recommend you find a different clinic to go to, one that will treat you with respect and dedicate themselves to helping you, not harming you as Dr Gin and the team at DRS Healthcare did to me for the past year. Thankfully I now have proof of antibodies and a new Dr who in only one week has helped me far more than any of the Drs here did in 12 months. The medical community is made worse and less trustworthy with Drs like these ones as part of it.
