Runnymede Walk-in Medical Clinic

I've been a patient at this clinic ever since it opened 10-15 years ago. The doctors and have always been great and the reception has always been courteous. That being said, do not bother going to this clinic. They are simply too busy these days to provide the adequate service they once did. They don't answer the phone, they don't respond to messages, and walk-ins are almost impossible unless you lineup outside the door at least half an hour before they open (along with 5-6 others). If you walk in you'll probably be able to book an appointment a few days down the line, but as far as walk-in services go, it's basically become pointless to even try

Garbage receptionists, literally running this place into the ground. Rude, disrespectful, incompetent and getting them to answer the phone is like playing in the hunger games. Mailbox is always full!!!! Literally had to call over 50 times to speak to someone and was met with hostility and attitude. If you dont like your job GET A NEW ONE, nobody is forcing you to work here!

Visited walk in clinic yesterday, was seen within the hour and my exam by Dr Quaye was very helpful and kind.
