MCI The Doctor's Office First Canadian Place

I was called and imformed that Dr. Brian Leong-Poi left a note that I need a follow-up ultrasound in 6 months. He did NOT say I need follow-up appointment with him before the ultrasound. However, the phone line operator refused to ask the doctor for requisition and insisted that I need to get another appointment just for the requisition. The operator's name is Aurelia, and she claimed that this is company policy. Either the operator or the policy is just insanely unreasonable. Am I supposed to get another appointment and walk in to the doctor's office just for a requisition form??? Will give 0 star if possible.

Front desk is a mess. Not sure why they ask you what you are seeing a doctor for as it may be personal, but they insist you tell them in front of all the patients. Super unorganized and will tell you that a doctor will be available to find out that there isnt even a doctor in that day.

Dr Indrakumaran was fantastic. Her quick action plan and explanations made me feel at ease in that she appreciates the severity and urgency of my condition. Thanks! The platform is not great though in that I saw the number of people ahead of me in the line increase and decrease multiple times which was kinda weird. Total wait time was about 50min, which for a virtual walk in is still a good trade off. Weird though that I had to fill in a bunch of details but had the same questions asked verbally, maybe as a security measure.
