Showed up at 10:00 a.m. on Monday. Was told by the receptionist that the doctor is not in and takes holidays on Mondays and wednesdays. The website says open. The receptionist then started talking about how he doesn't know how the doctor stays open, with all the complaints. Waste of a storefront. It might as well be a restaurant.

Something really wrong is going on with this clinic. I am trying to get the results from the lab for almost 2 months and I need to submit my medical claim by January 18th (in a week). Because of their lack of organization I might not be able to submit my complete medical claims to my private health insurance. The healthcare system in Canada is not made to make it easy for immigrants to get access of their lab results online. We have to pay a lot of money for those and still we can't get access of them online. Also the doctor was gone for 2 weeks and he was supposed to be back January 4th. Just now I had the information that nobody knows when he is going to be back. It is a mess here I don't recommend it at all. I am only praying to get access to my lab results soon and to never come back here.

TLDR; Very bad customer service! I've been in contact with this clinic since Jan 2020 about an allergy test referral - no correspondence since then after multiple follow ups. I went in with severe allergies in January 2020. I tried to do a walk in a couple times, but the clinic is always closed/ changing their hours. When I finally got in when they were open, I waited for over an hour for the doc to tell me that they are completely booked. Had to take time off for a 2nd day to come back. Waited for a very long time again to see doc while the appt was only about 10 mins long. He said he will send the allergy referral to another clinic and they will contact me in 1-3 months! Fast forward a couple months later, I have not heard anything from anyone and I called and left a voicemail for this clinic. No reply. I decided to leave it be due to covid. I started calling them again during the business hours on google / voicemail and literally noone picks up or returns calls. In the last two weeks, I have followed up 3 times, left 3 voicemails and cannot get a hold of them. I would literally just like my allergy referall that I booked 10 months ago! I'm not sure why you are in business if you cannot uphold your business hours or return calls after months? This walk in clinic is ridiculous and a waste of time!
