I wanted to like this office. Since the one at bay and dundas closed. But I am disappointed. I went to see a dermatologist about a leg scar. The doctor stood at the door for 95% of the exam. How could he examine the scar when he was 15 feet away? Obviously PTSD from the covid pandemic ... And he declined to order an ultrasound... So no I don't recommend this clinic to anyone.

I want to give a 0 star if I can! This has been the worst experience ever as the doctor is extremely unprofessional. I accidentally heard him gossip and make fun of me to other nurses right after the consultation, and what he gossiped about was not health issue related. I would never go back to this clinic again!

the operators working in this clinic are absolutely terrible, i called to check if there was a line for a doctors appointment and was met with hostility and rudeness. do not recommend!

I started off as a patient of Dr. Grail and that was great But unfortunately she left the practice pretty quickly and I was moved over to Dr. Freemantle. I asked her some very basic questions and she didnt have any answers. It wasnt a complicated question. I was just looking to see what supplements I should be taking as I enter early menopause. Pretty basic stuff for a GP but it seemed out of her realm or beyond her caring. She told me to wait six months and have the conversation with my endometriosis surgeon at my next consult. Why? It made no sense. Lazy doctoring. I was recently hospitalized for three weeks and couldnt get a hold of her nor was there any follow up from the clinic even though they had been copied on every procedure I had done at the hospital. I literally almost died and my family doctor couldnt make an appointment with me to check in. Its not like having a doctor at all at that point. So now I will start my search for another new doctor because this clinic is just not it for me. The only real positive is that bloodwork, etc. can be done immediately on site. However, without good doctors, that doesnt really matter to me.
