Dr. Kapoor is a really nice and very knowledgeable doctor! Went to another walk-in clinic they told me nothing was wrong, went home and the problem got worse, the next day seen Dr.Kapoor who diagnosed the problem, and prescribed treatment and now I am better! This is the only walk-in clinic I will go to.

Went today for the first time. If this is the service we get then I want 10 stars! Lovely, efficient, and helpful. Not a bad wait time and really cheerful people and the pharmacy is also awesome! My new Doctor's office. Yeah!

My family doctor retired. So in search of a new doctor I decided to just go to a regular walk in clinic for the time being as it was time for my annual physical. When I first came to this medical clinic I was impressed. But not anymore. Dr. Zaki wanted to put me on medication FOR LIFE without doing proper blood work. He tried to say I have this 'thing' after I did my regular routine blood work that I get done once a year. But here's the thing, the blood work was NORMAL and in normal range. But I guess the good ole doctor didn't realize that I used to work in a hospital, so I kind of know a thing or two when it comes to medicine. This medication that Dr. Zaki wanted to put me on, FOR NO GOOD REASON can cause Cancer or even a heart attack. I refused to go on this medication. I then went to 3 other doctors for 2nd, 3rd and 4th opinions (just to be sure cause you never know) and they ALL said the same thing to me and nearly yelled at me out of concern. DON'T TAKE THAT MEDICATION! YOU DON'T REQUIRE IT! I reassured the doctors that I went to for the 2nd, 3rd and 4th opinion that I was in fact not taking this medication, because my gut told me NOT TOO but just out of caution I wanted to seek their opinions. Turns out that the my blood work is completely normal, which I already KNEW and there is no need for any medication. WHICH I ALREADY KNEW. I MUST EMPHASIZE! Wow. Patients do yourself a favor if you need to use this clinic for minor issues like bumps, bruises, colds and the flu, an infection and you require antibiotics fine, But do not I REPEAT DO NOT start any medication from this doctor or this clinic without seeking the advice of a second opinion. I could have developed a serious side effect if I accepted Dr. Zaki's pushing me to take this medication for life. WHICH AS IT TURNS OUT I NEVER NEEDED IN THE FIRST PLACE! THANK GOODNESS I REFUSED! THANK GOODNESS I LISTENED TO MY GUT AND SOUGHT THE ADVICE OF OTHER DOCTORS TO CONFIRM WHAT MY GUT WAS TELLING ME. I presume Dr. Zaki was trying to push this particular medication on me because 1) I'm a women, and women are the targets for the medical industry when it comes to pushing medication they don't need, and most importantly 2) I presume Dr. Zaki gets some type of bonus for pushing meds patients don't require. Patients, especially women going to this clinic be careful when they try to push any type of medication. Get that second opinion. It could save your health and life. The Ontario College of Physicians & Surgeons need to do more to protect patients from doctors trying to push medicine onto patients that don't require it. Patients be aware.

Ive only come here once, as a walk in. I was kindly received by the receptionist, as I couldnt speak. She was very accommodating of me in offering to call to notify me of the opening and take me picking up as a sign I heard her, rather than vocal confirmation. She had also expressed that the wait time would be significantly less than expected since many patients were missing their booked appointments. Therefore, I cant really comment on the wait time! Mine was about 30-ish minutes, given the situation. The doctor saw me shortly after I sat down and was also very accommodating of the lack of speaking. He didnt only try to prescribe one kind of medicine, as when I explained the situation further he changed the original prescription to better suit my needs. Extremely fast and efficient. Will update after I get my results back, should my opinion change! Otherwise, will be returning here should I have any further medical concerns.
