The Asian lady with thick eyelashes working in the fitting room today around 5PM was a bit mean to me. I found some nice pants but the size didnt fit, so I decided to not buy anything. As soon as I came out from the fitting room and didnt buy anything, and handed her all the NOs, she immediately looked cold, sarcastic and condescending, and responded me with nothing, while walking away with all the clothes I didnt want. That was an unpleasant moment for me, and ruined my impression with Aritzia. I used to be a regular customer here, but now the store needs to work on its employee training and be very careful with whom to hire. It takes one staff to break the brand image.

They should not allowed customers to bring boyfriends or any male friends into the change room. I went today and there were about 4-5 teenage boys in the change room with 2 adult males. I felt so uncomfortable to step out to look in the mirror. On top of that, I circled around the store for 20 minutes holding 5-6 items but no one stepped up to help me setup the room or even offer help. Disappointed and wont return.
