Good service, but selling goods at a higher price than buying in other countries

I was looking forward to getting a couple of things at this location to celebrate my birthday. There were seven staff people that we could see working and no other customers. The gentleman assisting us was standoffish - when i asked him about the price, he simply said, "very expensive." Suffice it to say we didn't purchase anything. I understand luxury brands are doing well right now, but if there isn't an intent on helping a loyal customer, why open?

Horrible customer serviceI was so excited to try on a pair of Prada heels, I went to their website and booked my appointment and chose the shoes I wanted to try. When we got there they had no idea that I have booked the appointment. The girl who was assisting went upstairs and brought me couple of shoes after asking me what I wanted..after I tried them She insisted that one of the heels look perfect on me although it was not sitting well on my foot and the elastic was loose and not worth to buy. At the end I decided not to get anything obviously bc the quality of the products were not good enough so I informed her that I dont want them and this girl she didnt even said a word not saying goodbye or greet us the funny part is I said thanks and have a good day!!!! Only one of the staff greet us when we were leaving I was shocked with the amount of unprofessional behaviour that we received and guess what I bought a beautiful pair from their neighbour store. Any professional sale associate knows you might like or not like the product you are trying and if you feel people should buy them just because you went and brought couple of shoes for the customer you are in a wrong profession and have zero understanding of customer service sad for PRADA to have such unprofessional staff will never go back to this store and recommend you the same.
