    I had been working out with Catherine in her home studio and now virtually through her online platform. I have also done her Body Project protocol twice and had great results which I have been able to maintain even during the pandemic. Her routines are challenging and varied. She comes prepared to work and expects us to as well. One of the silver linings that has come out of this difficult time at home is using virtual exercise as a way to stay connected, stay strong and stay healthy. Catherine is motivating and supportive.

As a long time runner, I needed to focus on getting stronger and building all the supportive muscles that would make me a more effective runner. The workouts are interactive and challenging. I would recommend anyone to try out Catherine's workout.

    I started working out with Catherine online when the Covid Lockdown started. For me this is Self-Care. Exercise has always been important to me, but it's been hard to keep up with while working and parenting - my workouts had gotten stale. Having a group of people to work out with, and Catherine's energy and encouragement throughout helped me get stronger and burn off all the stress hormones we all have in these crazy times! Catherine's workouts are tough but doable, and I really liked the way she combines muscle groups and keeps things fresh. I have two small children also, and while it was difficult to make time and space to workout, I think it's important that they saw me workout - and they even started working out with me too! Do yourself a favour and take care of yourself.
