        Completely unimpressed with this dentistry. I was looking for a new dentist and found Dr. Prud'Homme's practice via reviews. I called to set up and appointment, and since no one answered, I left a very detailed message. A week went by and no one called me back, and so I called again, and left ANOTHER very detailed message. Another week+ went by and no one from the office has called me back. They obviously aren't strong in customer service and do not want your business.

        "Dr. Patti" is engaging and gentle, and the dentist I chose for my children's first dentist. She was and is wonderful. Now my kids are young adults, but still choose to go to her, even though one of them is at U of Toronto; he schedules appointments for his visits back to Ottawa ! Dr. Patti and staff is so good that even when we moved 40 minutes' drive away from the neighbourhood, we continue to drive there for all of our dental work. And that was 15 years ago !

        Dr. Prud'homme is kind, compassionate,had an amazing memory and is a great dentist. When I moved to Ottawa, she was close by and I'm so happy we found her.
