Four All Ice Cream Scoop Shop

Huge fan of their ice cream. You couldnt get a crustier group of employees working there. The people working never say hello, and always act like youre doing a disservice to them.

My taste buds watering for sweet, delicious ice cream, I was running towards the store(7:59pm), as the employee comes outside to post a closed sign (seeing me coming). As I entered the store (with customers inside ordering) the employee says "we are closed." No hello, no sorry, no good day, just "we are closed." What ice cream business closes on a beautiful sunny summer day well before the sun goes down. An "ice cream shop" that turns away a desperate, hungry, mouth drooling, paying customer. I am happy to announce that my money went to a delicious Dairy Queen blizzard soon after as they seem to have reasonable hours and respectful employees willing to take my money.

I had friends visiting from the States and their daughter loves trains and ice cream. So we decided to take a trip on the LRT and stop for ice cream. I forgot to check the hours and when we got to Four All they were actually closed. They were preparing for a staff meeting and the owner saw us and arranged for us to be served. I can't tell you how much this meant and how it made all of our days! Their dedication to customer service made a memory that a little girl will have for her whole life! Not only is their ice cream the best in town, their customer service is second to none as well. Thank you so much for going above and beyond!
