        Baskin Robbins is Baskin Robbins when it is open, and once this one is open they are fine but lack any customer service skills. However, the greatest offense of all is that I visit this plaza regularly and it has now been 3 times that I have gone to Baskin Robbins during their open hours and they have been closed with no explanation. The basic failure to open the store even close to the set opening time on multiple occasions is inexcusable of any business (as a small business owner I would not stand for it even once in my store) and if I could give the store zero stars I would.
