The MARQ at 345 King Street North

We had a great experience living at the Marq. The service is great and the maintenance team is amazing, they are quick to act upon any request and always did an amazing job. Chris is the kindest maintenance member we have ever met, honestly we haven't met anyone better. He always came through and fixed anything we had issues with, he's always been extremely patient and understanding!

Staff is lovely including Jasmyne Khan especially. Great experience living here with decent prices. Got to use the game room and invite friends. Everyone had an amazing time

Great experience living at the Marq! The management, specifically the head of maintenance Chris has been incredibly helpful our entire stay. Chris helped us out with all our maintenance requests we've had over the years and did a great job of accommodating our concerns. He showed up the day any request was filed and made sure to have the issue resolved as quickly and efficiently as possible!
