Went in today and the doctor was patient, thorough, and very knowledgeable. My family doctor was booking 3 months out, so I went in to Spruce Walk In and I was seen within 30 minutes. I am very grateful. Thank you

Giving 2 stars because the doctor was really nice... However, the place is disgustingly filthy. The floor literally crunched underneath my shoes like there was sand and crumbs all over it. Not sure when the last time was that the examination rooms were cleaned but they need to be done - desperately. Also, the woman sitting behind the front desk couldn't look more miserable if she tried. What's even her purpose - it's not like she signs in patients or interacts with them in any sort of way? And she clearly doesn't clean the rooms between patients, either. Anyway. Won't be returning which is unfortunate for me because it's close to where I live. Oh well! C'est la vie.

The doctor was very understanding, listened, and was helpful. Pharmacy staff also very kind and helpful. Receptionist gave me all the information I need. Would definitely recommend coming here for any health concerns. Please keep in mind that they do stop accepting patients an hour before closing which they state on their website.
